At RYDREN, we aim to process and deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided during checkout.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to serviceable postal addresses across India.

Delivery availability may vary depending on your PIN code and the coverage provided by our courier partners. We may contact you if your delivery location is unavailable or requires additional information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Metro and major cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other serviceable locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote or limited-service areas: Up to 10 business days

These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, regulatory checks, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Free shipping offers may be subject to minimum order values, eligible products, selected locations, or promotional conditions.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, your order can be tracked using the tracking link or consignment number shared with you.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Recipient name

  • House or building details

  • Street and locality

  • City and state

  • Correct PIN code

  • Active phone number

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details. We can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.

RYDREN will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders

Courier partners may make more than one delivery attempt. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order and that the registered phone number remains reachable.

If an order is returned to us because of repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the parcel, an incorrect address, or an unreachable customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests redelivery.

Any refund for a returned prepaid order may be processed after deducting the original shipping and return-to-origin charges, where applicable.

Damaged Packages or Missing Items

Please inspect the package when it is delivered.

If the parcel appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened, please record a clear unboxing video before opening it further.

Any damaged, incorrect, or missing product must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the parcel and product

  • The shipping label

  • A continuous unboxing video, where available

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be difficult to verify.

Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long period or the order appears to be lost, please contact us. We will raise an investigation with the courier partner.

A replacement or refund will be considered only after the courier confirms that the shipment has been lost or is undeliverable.

Delayed Deliveries

RYDREN works with independent courier companies and cannot directly control their delivery operations.

We will assist with tracking and courier escalations, but we cannot provide compensation solely for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, natural events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under the shipping policy. Any return request will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
